Foot Taping No. 1 – Modified Low Dye


This taping is used by our physiotherapists exclusively, to great effect. It’s a much ‘gentler’ taping method for rolling in or pronating feet than the traditional anti-pronation tapings. The general rule with this one is – if it helps, you need orthotics. It’s pretty much doing what an orthotic should be doing. We can objectively assess whether you need an off the shelf or a custom orthotic with a specific gait analysis assessment.

Leave on for two-three days maximum, and use a hair dryer to dry it after showering. Take it off earlier if it’s itchy or red or getting uncomfortable.

Uses: specific knee pain or overuse injuries, hip pain, foot pain, plantar fasciitis, heel pain.
